We operate versatile and efficient equipment that enables high-quality and cost-effective production. Our equipment includes a 3-metre sheet cutter, press brakes of 3 metres and 1.5 metres, and three eccentric presses of different sizes. Our powder coating system is a brand-new Nordson system, allowing cost-effective painting from single items to large batches. Our curing oven measures 700 × 1500 × 3050 mm.
With our new UV printer, we can offer fast large-format printing. The printer’s speed of approximately 30 m² per hour ensures capacity and consistent quality with reliable delivery. The printing resolution is 400 DPI. The 3M 8800 series special colours we use are designed for traffic sign printing and are not suitable for advertising photography.
Sticker and sheet cutting is handled using an Aristo 1825–8 flatbed cutter. We cut reflective materials such as papers and stickers from rolls, and we can also cut soft plastic sheets up to 15 mm thick.
