From traffic signs, guidance signs, and street name signs, we collect data that enables manufacturing, planning, budgeting, and practical implementation.

- Condition class (1–5, Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency classification)
- ID / Type
- Size (small, standard, large)
- Double-sided
- Orientation
- Mounting base (sign post, lighting pole, gantry, etc.)
- Position on the mounting base (a = topmost, b = second from top, c = etc.)
- Text
- Notes: low height, tilted, obstructed, legal validity, vandalism
- Identified images of surveyed objects
- Itemized prices for standard traffic signs
- Recorded observations of deficiencies in traffic signs (Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency and Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities guidelines)
- Based on the data, standard traffic signs can be ordered from the manufacturer and replaced in identical form
